Kerarhun Kerarhun loungeis an old Breton farmhouse dating from the early 1900s. The front door leads directly into a The kitchen tiled open-plan kitchen/dining-area with the curving original wooden staircase leading up to the first floor directly opposite the front door. The kitchen is well-equipped with gas cooker, cafetière, fridge/freezer and matching cutlery and crockery. It has a table and benches to seat 10. Off the kitchen are the utility room (toilet and washing machine) and the lounge. The lounge is spacious, open-beamed and dominated by the original fireplace with stone mantlepiece and wood burning stove. The four-poster bedroomOn the first floor are a bathroom with shower, sink and WC and 2 bedrooms one with a four-poster double bed and one with a double bed and a single.We have kept the original wooden floors on the first floor but all bedrooms have rugs. In the attic are 2 further bedrooms - a twin and a bunk room sleeping 3. There is also a separate toilet and wash basin on this floor. We can provide cots, a high-chair and a folding bed. This old Breton farmhouse sits in a garden enclosed by hedges.It has a parking area for 2/3 cars seperated from the garden by a grass bank and gate and has direct access onto the road Prices are as follows:
